You can always pay securely at Liberpee using, among others, iDEAL, PayPal, SOFORT banking, EPS, Giropay, and Bancontant.


We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is usually two to five business days. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95. The shipping costs to Belgium are €5.00. The shipping costs to other countries may be higher. We use the services of DPD for shipping.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for Liberpee products. However, if there is any issue with the Liberpee you received for any reason, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or 0413-256968. We will do our best to resolve the problem. If you still wish to exercise your consumer right of withdrawal, please send us an email, and we will always find a solution together.

Warranty & Complaints


We understand the importance of delivering your order in top condition. However, occasionally, a shipment may get damaged during transport, or something else might happen that qualifies for warranty coverage. According to the law, you must notify us of any damage within two months of discovery. If the issue falls within the warranty, we will promptly send you a replacement Liberpee free of charge.


If something doesn’t go as planned, or if you have any complaints about Liberpee, our products, or our service, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. Please send your complaint to [email protected], and we will make sure you receive a response from us as quickly as possible (and no later than 14 days).
